The Startup Incubator

Imagine you just received $5 million dollars in funding, hired the best in-house staff and top programmers you could find, you leased an office for the next 3 years, purchased all the equipment you need to provide, and you're ready to make your startup an actuality. Now cut that amount of money in 20, go back to your apartment, go back to your computer and make the same startup dream an actuality without the millions...THIS is what FaceySpacey provides. We call ourself "Your Social Media One Stop Shop" and "The Startup Incubator." We don't just emulate the startup environment. We are the startup environment for your project. We don't take hundreds of projects and we only do large projects, often taking an equity percentage. Everything we do is pure magic. Our secret sauce is Vision, Planning and hard-work. We mastered the outsourcing process to more than trickle down the savings to you. And we have proven experience and methods to make more than you dreamed of come true in the form of software.

James Gillmore (CEO/Founder)

James = CEO. With a knack for vision and graceful micromanagement, every project FaceySpacey does comes with the James Gillmore guarantee. From selling used stuff out his yard to managing recording studios and finally to software, James has been "trying" to make it since he was 11. Going "the extra mile," "above and beyond," "hitting the nail on the head" and creating "impeccable software" are just a few of the buzz words he likes to use. There are many challenges when handling software--these are the words that will be constantly roving around his head to make your project a complete success.

Michelle Barsi (Brand strategist)

With a career in production, doing reality shows and the like, behind her, Michelle brings it! She is the project coordinator of all projects that come through FaceySpacey and the glue that holds us all together, as well as client projects. Otherwise, Michelle likes long walks on the beach and beating up programmers that don't do their job (just kidding all our programmers always do their job). Expect this powerhouse to make your dreams reality!

Alebert Leon (CFO)

Albert graduated first in his college class with three degrees in four years, he spent the following years providing creative strategic expertise as well as long-term financial positioning for multi-million dollar companies in the US and Latin America – TRANSLATION: Albert is a super accounting geek....yes, pocket protector, green visor, sharpened #2 pencils for all occasions – the whole deal. After spending too many years making fat, old men in the corporate world richer, he decided to venture on his own providing consultation and strategic financial positioning to several companies in the US and Latin America, including several Web 2.0 start-ups, developing detailed, progressive and long-term monetization strategies as well as vision-oriented, exhaustive business plan development and implementation. He still wears pocket protectors ... but we're working on that.
