Though at our peak in doing startups we reached a team size of 16 developers, we currently take fewer but higher quality startups. Currently we're a small team that consists of me, James Gillmore, our amazing designer and client-side developer, Holly Welch, Charanjit Singh, a rising star whose on his way to surpassing me on every front, and Emilio Santana, our visionary marketing strategist.

James Gillmore
CEO/CTO & Lead Innovator
James is a jack of all trades true programming craftsman who symbolizes the holy grail of our art form: the combination of deep technical abilities + business/product acumen. Through the combination of the two, James is able to provide full stack support to FaceySpacey Startups. In other words, he is vertically integrated across low level code and high level product intuition which results in maximum efficiency as he addresses your product. Now, while he can be a one man army capable of doing everything himself, it doesn't mean delegation & team building isn't central to his process. He's morphed FaceySpacey's development team into a highly scalable phalanx, yet is still able to power through pizza & red bull coding sessions with the team when necessary. James' past--though no longer unique in our world--represents the quintessence of what it means to be the tech leader of a software company: college drop out at 19, 12 years of nothing but furiously coding and mastering his craft with a deep passion to learn the whole gamut. And nothing short of several startups launched per year. Noteworthy startups include: Snacksquare, CrimeTV, ThirstyVIP, PassageBank, Conscious Kombucha, Celebvidy, Sweet Submit, Knoflow, Goodlife Report, Dr Tattoff, Organic Incentive, ReelProperties.TV, GameChange5, Nucleus and more.
Charanjit Singh
Tech Lead
Charanjit is a tech lover madly in love with programming. Having started out as a completely self-taught software professional, Charanjit has grown his skills to quickly learn anything and everything. As an apprentice to James Gillmore, Charanjit learned the ins and outs of software, product and business prior to joining the Faceyspacey bandwagon. Charanjit is extremely passionate about Information technology, and loves to live on the bleeding edge of it. His responsibilities at Faceyspacey range from writing and maintaining code on all levels, to managing and scaling the infrastructure for Faceyspacey projects. Charanjit enjoys every moment of his work and is devoted to his craft with full dedication. Guided by the mighty James Gillmore, Charanjit handles the full-stack development at Faceyspacey.
Holly Welch
Branding & Design Guru
Holly has been with FaceySpacey since its inception. She's worked along James as FaceySpacey's most loyal, consistent and gifted client-side developer. She's a team player and always captures what our clients are going for in terms of design with pin-point accuracy. She loves cats, builds her own computers, will whoop your ass at your favorite MMORPG, and still manages to light up your day with that design, brand & logo you've had in the back of your head but haven't been able to make come to life.
Emilio Santana
Vision & Marketing Strategist
Emilio is a long time FaceySpacey Web Designer and Vision Strategist. When not working on FaceySpacey projects, Emilio is working on his own startup: EmilioTelevision.com, which is a modern video site built on Meteor JS. Emilio has worked on many web programming projects, ranging from full website development to small programming jobs. He's skilled in HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Javascript and PHP.
