FaceySpacey - Your One Stop Social Media Shop

Google just released Thatsmymouse, a social browsing widget. And I think it's going to be the next big thing. It's similar to Me.dium, in that when you land on a webpage with the corresponding javascript installed, you can begin chatting with people also on the page.

However, I'm very impressed by how much farther they take it. It seems you can click something, and have a drop-down menu appear or an ajax popup, or whatever, and other users would see it and would be able to interact with it, maybe beat you to the punch to fill out a form. It's almost like a javascript screen-sharing program that follows you and whoever else uses it wherever they go, or to whatever websites have it. VERY NICE! It also seems like they could easily incorporate something for phones so that your speech bubbles appear on a map. That could be awesome for the iPhone, but I'm not sure that the iPhone has GPS. Does it?

Anyway, because it's Google, so much can be done. As we all know there is a google profile page waiting for all us gmail users. Ultimately, just opening your browser and going anywhere could become a social thing. I'm really looking forward to what sort of features they can pack into this. Good stuff, and look forward to seeing chat bubbles floating around FaceySpacey.
